Day #13 Brain Health Challenge. You are one ride away from a good mood.

If you're looking to challenge yourself and try something new, I encourage you to start small and be consistent. Don't expect overnight success, but rather focus on the process of learning and improving every day. And most importantly, enjoy the journey!




Destin, from getting smarter everyday did an experiment where he tried to ride a "backwards bike" which had its handlebars reversed, making it turn in the opposite direction. It took him 8 months to learn how to ride it! This experiment shows what it takes to make our brains learn and adapt to new challenges. And it also shows the importance of consistency and patience when it comes to learning new things.
